Do you only assist with large moves?

No. We specialize in moving properties of all sizes, from small moves to large five-bedroom homes and everything in between. You can expect the same level of quality care and service regardless of the size of your property.

How long does a typical move take?

Most moves take approximately 1-2 days to complete. Depending on the services you select, more time may be required. For example, taking belongings to charity or other family members, holding estate sales, or liquidating at auction require additional planning and preparation. Do you assist with the layout of the new space?

Yes. We will visit the facility beforehand and take exact measurements of the new home to make sure that we only bring furniture that will fit.

Will you unpack the boxes and set up the furniture?

Absolutely. From making the beds to unpacking kitchen items, everything will be unpacked from the boxes and set up. The new home will be immediately ready and comfortable for your senior to enjoy.

Do you assist with hanging pictures?

Yes. We will hang all photos, including artwork and mirrors with appropriate hardware. Wall décor will be placed according to your instructions or, if you prefer, our experts will choose placement based on the wall space of the new location.

Can you relocate my belongings out of state?

Yes. Because we possess a USDOT license we are able to transport seniors and their belongings throughout the United States. If your senior is moving across the country, an RV or motor coach with a Registered Nurse onboard will be provided for the utmost comfort and convenience. Pets are welcome.

How do I know what the new home will look like if I can't be there on moving day?

After all belongings have been unloaded, unpacked, and set up, we will take a video of the new home, walking from room to room, and email the video to you or a family member. Once you have approved the final layout, we will leave your loved one to enjoy the new home.

What is the difference between a mover and a move manager?

A licensed mover can legally move your belongings from one property to the next. A move manager can only assist with the packing and prepping of a move. They then must find a quality mover who is licensed and insured, which can be a difficult task. Move managers are only as good as the movers that move your belongings.

We have the advantage because we handle both the preparation and the move itself, from start to finish. You get the peace of mind knowing your loved one’s transition to senior housing is taken care of from a single experienced source.
